How do I treat my feet with Footmender?

Apply Footmender once a day until the desired result is achieved. This usually means one week of treatment. In case of severe problems two to three weeks treatment may be necessary. Use two pump strokes per foot. Rub in Footmender for at least one minute, preferably in the evening. Generally, you will notice an improvement after the first treatment. Once the course of treatment is complete, we recommend switching to maintenance treatment (one to two times per week) to maintain the good results.

Are there any side effects or occasions when I should not use Footmender?

Footmender All in One and Footmender All in One Diabetic must not be used if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients contained in the product. In isolated instances, Footmender may cause temporary burning or stinging, especially if the skin is damaged or cracked. This discomfort is not harmful and may be due to the product's low pH level. Otherwise, there are no known side effects. Footmender can be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women. Contact a medical professional if you have recurring or prolonged problems with your feet.

What does Footmender All in One contain?

What do you mean when you state that Footmender is a medical device?

Footmender and Footmender Diabetic meet the requirements for a class IIa Medical Device according to European legislation regulating medical devices. This means that the effects of Footmender are well-documented, and that manufacturing takes place under careful and controlled conditions in accordance with predetermined requirements. Thanks to their classification as class IIa medical devices, Footmender may be used on damaged skin. We are certified according to ISO 13485 and apply the principles of ISO 14971 for Risk Management.

Have any studies been carried out on Footmender?

Yes, there have. In a published study, where the design and implementation were pre-approved by the Swedish Medical Products Agency, Footmender has demonstrated very good results in treating dry skin, calluses and cracked heels.

How long does Footmender All in One last?

A 100ml container contains approximately 25 treatments. Based on a one-week treatment course followed by maintenance therapy once or twice a week, it will last for four months or two and a half months, respectively.

How long does Footmender All in One Diabetic last?

A 150 ml container contains approximately 37 treatments. Based on a two-week treatment course followed by maintenance therapy once or twice a week, a pack of Footmender will last around five and a half months or two and a half months, respectively.

Footmender comes in an airless pump dispenser. What do you mean by that?

Footmender comes in an airless pump dispenser. This is a modern technology to protect innovative and advanced preparations in the best manner possible. Thanks to the airless pump dispenser and the unique composition of the product, no preservatives are needed. The pump dispenser enables accurate application of the recommended amount and the entire content may be pumped out and used. It is easy to use and causes no mess. How do I store Footmender and what is its shelf life?

Footmender's shelf life is indicated by an expiry date on the packaging. This date applies to both opened and unopened products. Store out of reach of children and at room temperature.
